When drying such materials, the vacuum drying system takes a long time, which is easy to change the characteristics of the materials and affect the quality of the materials; the temperature inside the equipment is not uniform, which leads to changes in the characteristics of the materials near the heat transfer parts of the equipment, resulting in scrapped materials. And even for dynamic vacuum drying equipment, such as double cone vacuum dryer, even if its drying efficiency is much higher than that of static vacuum drying system, its drying time is still relatively long in large-scale industrial production. 8-10h/batch, some materials even reach 20-30h/batch; for some viscous materials, because the balls are easily rolled in the double cone, the drying effect is not uniform, and the moisture inside and outside is inconsistent, resulting in dry products. In the drying process, it needs to be crushed many times. For example, the drying 7ACA process of a pharmaceutical factory in Henan is drying → crushing → drying → crushing → drying. This operation is not only time-consuming and labor-intensive, but also workers are prone to occupational diseases due to excessive contact with drug dust during the operation.
