The development background of our Closed Fluid Bed Dryer
In view of the high risks of pharmaceutical and chemical production and the environmental protection issues involved, our company set up a project in 2004. After three years, more than a dozen experts and scholars have successfully developed a new type of drying equipment, with 14 patents, closed-circuit boiling drying It has the remarkable characteristics of short drying time, high safety, all the solvent in the material is recovered, the system tends to have zero discharge, and it meets environmental protection requirements. The rate of 90% has been widely praised and recognized by customers.
The closed-circuit boiling dryer produced by our company has two types: intermittent type and continuous type. Continuous closed-circuit boiling adopts the form of thin-layer drying, continuous feeding and discharging, which is relatively energy-saving. For solvent-containing materials with stable process and large drying capacity, continuous closed-circuit can be used. Boiling, such as materials with high requirements for solvent residues, can use intermittent closed-circuit fluidized beds.
